Error with the SEPM Web console

Hi,

When I log on into Symantec Protection Center and select the Symantec Endpoint Protection Web Console to admin, I get this message:
Internal Error

Check log file for details and the stack trace. You can increase the tracing level by setting TraceMgr.level=10 in conf/TraceMgr.properties file

The manager is running the version 11.6 MP2

The client is running win7 23 bits with IE9.

The Java version in the client is 6 update 23

I am not sure if this is related, but IE9 beta causes issues with SEP. Can you try a different browser for testing?

Hi, today we downgrade the IE to the 8 version, and have the same issue.

I make a test with other machine with the same operative system (win7) with IE9 but with the Java version 6 update 22 and this the SEPM Web console works. Are problems with the java 7 update 23 and the SEPM console?

Did you upgrade the java version? It is recommended to use the same Java version that Symantec provides with its product.

You can find at the following location :  \Program Files\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager\tomcat\webapps\scm\clientpkg.

Hi, I install the same java version from the manager in the admin machine, but I have problems always apear. I opened a case with support.
