I have the same problem as the one listed here...

you may try repairing the SEPM using management server config wizard.

What is the SEPM version?

if the error is same, you may have to think of upgrading the SEPM to RU6 MP1

Version is 11.0.7000.975

I only downloaded this about 2-3 months ago so I assume this was as up-to-date as it could of been.

is this machine connected to internet?
