Error in the Service Desk 7 Problem Management

Hello,
I have a Service Desk 7 up and running.
When I create a new problem, I can link incidents to it, but I cannot nor "propose a fix" nor "propose a getaround".
I have the following messages:

Actually, I reinstalled the solution on another server: the problem desappeared: it was due to an error in the categories creation during the first installation.
The root cause category folder hadn't been created:
