Error in Sonic Wall Firewall...

Hi...
In SonicWall firewall got following log : Error : The cache is full; 6144 open connections; some will be dropped of symantec server.
This error occured on Symantec Server.
This error occured due to spyware and also due to this our network speed was down.
Please help me how i can remove this spyware, SEP server didn't find and delete it.

What Spyware are you finding
What Spyware are you finding on your system? Search the Symantec Threat Explorer for the the threat that you have found, then find the removal instructions for that particular risk.
