    Remove the defintion it is corrupted

    Did you try to restart SEP client ? When sep client are update Latest virus defination automatic resolved the issue. Run symhelp tool and check error Download the Symantec Help (SymHelp) diagnostic tool to detect Symantec product issues http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH170752

    Run a repair first to see if it fixes it.

    Found the solution with symhelp. Definition was corrupt.
