error user and password

Hello,
I've got a DC with Backup exec installed and a few days ago, the Backup exec show me a screen where I've got to put the user and password several times to the day. I put this when I created the job and If I prove the credentials, It's correct.
The backup make it correct, but the screen appears every days, and if I don't write the user and password, the job isn't executed.
It show this error
The connection with the data base Backup Exec is had lost. Assure of which the cables of the network are connected correctly, and of which the services of the instance SQL Server are being executed in which the data base Backup Exec is installed.
