I am experiencing an error when trying to authenticate to SEPM 12.1.4 MP1b; after typing correctly the username and password the following window appears:

 

By giving click Accept or Accept Always the following error appears each time:

I can´t i login, as I can correct the problem and what should be ..?

Did you add the cert to the trusted store. Do this and that message should go away.

Hi .Brian,

The issue is with Managemet Console, i am not using web console.

When you install Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager, a self-signed certificate for the pages that are rendered in a browser is included as part of the installation. When you first access these pages from a remote console, you must accept the self-signed certificate for the pages to display.

I would still install the cert

Kindly check the server time/date is correct this may be the reason of the issue.
