    Hello Billydf

Try to download componant on any desktop just installatin Symantec Installation Manager and create package and then that componant copy and past onto server installation path. So it will not go to download it just installed that on to server.

I've been facing this issue many times now. It really seems random. I had to call in for support and ask them for the files that were corrupted during download. I don't really see another way out.

    Regards.
