Error when entering Support ID in MySupport website

I posted this in the NetBackup forum and it was suggested that I might try posting it here also.
I'm trying to open a NetBackup issue in MySupport and every time I try to enter my support ID, I get the following error:

The MySupport application has encountered a program error. You can either try again or contact Symantec Technical Services Thank you for your patience. |
I've been trying to do this since Friday. I've followed the link to try to contact Symantec Technical Services, but my reports of this error have gone unanswered.
Is there anyone on this forum that can help me? I apologize if I posted this in the wrong forum.
