    The Service ID of the project doesn't contain the necessary text to properly link the component to the ServiceDesk licenses. The Servic ID needs to contain the text ServiceDesk.

    The Service ID contain the text ServiceDesk.

    Launch the License Status Manager and make sure its properly detecting your ServiceDesk licenses.
