Error when i try to validate a License code

I have a error message when I try to validate the license code.

Have you imported the license key? If so, try asking for a new license key and import that instead...might be that the license key file is corrupt!

Hello Mohamed,

   You are getting this error because both the licenses that you have entered are for "Agent for Application and Database". In addition to this you should install the Backup Exec Base license key or Backup Exec Product License key. Refer to Figure2 of this technote where it shows the "Backup Exec 2012" license key.

http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH183970 : Symantec Backup Exec 2012 is shown as being in Trial version even after installing the serial numbers.
