    I keep getting a "Installation of SymMS_S60_70s_corp_AMER.sis not supported" error?  Any help?

    Symantec Mobile Security for Symbian 4.0 was designed for the following platforms

     

  • Nokia Series 60 2.0 and compatible devices (Symbian OS 7.0s - 8.0a)
  • Nokia Series 80 2.0 9500 and compatible devices (Symbian OS 7.0s)

    •  

    I belive the Nokia E71 is series 60 3rd Edition Feature Pack 1 running Symbian OS 9.2.

     

    Symantec Mobile Security Corporate Edition for Symbian 4.3 includes support for Nokia Series 60 version 3 devices such as the Nokia E70.

     

    While the E71 would not be a supported device version 4.3 of our product was tested on devices only a Feature Pack behind the E71 instead of a full version behind.  While it has not been tested version 4.3 may be installable to the device.
