I am migrating my workflow projects from a Dev to a Production server.  When I try to publish a project I get an error on the first screen, where I specify the Deployment Targets.  In the Dev environment I check Standalone Servers and the local server underneath it.  On the Production server the local server option is not available.  When I click the Next button I get a pop-up box with the error message "This project does not exist in the Repository.  In order to deploy to a managed Environment it must be added to the Repository".  See the attached document for a screen print.

I assume I am missing some initial set up of the workflow server.  Can you help me with this issue?

You can't deploy directly to a managed environment like you would a "standalone" server. You have to have that project checked into the repository of your SMP, and then you can deploy it to your managed server.

You can easily perform the check in process by clicking the icon next to the Save icon. Once this is done you will be able to publish your project.
