Hi,

When i send email from my organization to external user (gmail/yahoomail/hotmail) i received message from pgpuniversal-admin with subject Undeliverable: Symantec PDF Email Protection Message

Receiver don't receive email, no log in pgp log and universal log

Please give me solution

This is outside of your Universal Server - your IP has been blacklisted - if you don't send bulk emails, you need to test for an open relay and see what spam is being sent from your IP.  

Do a blacklist check on your mail server(s) @ http://www.mxtoolbox.com/

When I send yahoo email

see log = postfix

How to Fix this error

this problem only occurs when i send email from my organization to external user use encrypt (i set proxy is send mail pdf email protection)

i check mail gateway but dont see this email to outside
