I get an error message when trying to view "All Reports" in Symantec Data Loss Protection:

"An unexpected error has occurred. This could be due to one of the following: 1) Your session timed out and you selected a link that was no longer valid, 2) You used the browser back or forward button placing the system into an inconsistent state, or 3) The system experienced a temporary problem."

Is there an easy fix for this?  Users can still query and run individual reports.  It's just accessing the page displaying all Incident reports.

try restarting the Enforce monitor service and then displaying the report.

    Hello

is this a new issue for you and was it always like that ? Are you able to go to Network reports / Discover Reports / .... ? Are you ths only user with this issue ? Is there any stack trace in lgo files (tomcat server log files or DLP log files) ?

As jeff suggests to you, you can restart enforce services to see if that correct something, even if i dont like this method as you will never know why it happens, it is sometimes a good workaround to quickly solve an issue.

     regards

This may be due to communication error between enforce and database. restart the enforce and DB services in mentioned sequence in Admin guide and check.
