Error when virtualizing Microsoft Office 2007 Pro (Infomaker)

This issue has been solved. See solution.

When opening the virtualized version of Infomaker 2007, I can open sample form once when trying to "Customize a Sample" in Getting Started window, but I get the following error when trying to open it a second time: "InfoPath cannot create a new blank form. InfoPath cannot open the form. To fix this, please contact your system administrator."   If you click the "Show Details" button, you get the following information: "Form template: urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:infopath:oob:Sample-Asset-Tracking:1033
Cannot create a file when that file already exists."

This error does not occur when you specify you want to "Design" the form. Only when you specify "Open" or you double click the form.

It seems like once a template file is opened, it creates a temp file that cannot be overwritten.  I packaged the app with SWV 6.1.4063 and the test machine is running Windows XP SP2 and has the same SWV version installed.  Has anyone else seen this error?

It isn't.......

...short files names....I installed the program to a folder called "OFF07PRO to avoid this.

I've been woking with Wm Jesse Foster, who found there was a delete entry being created for a file in [LOCALAPPDATA]\Microsoft\InfoPath\FormCache2.  He said the fix was to create an exclusion for this directory and it's subfolders, which seems to have done the trick.  I am still cannot see the Infopath template header when logged in with user rights, but at least the more major issue has been resolved.
