  • 1.  Error while adding drivers to DeployAnywhere driver database

    Hi,

    I need to add the drivers for Windows 7 Enterprise 32 bit OS (Dell machines) into DeployAnywhere to make the process of OS deployment hardware independent.While adding the required drivers into DeployAnywhere database i am getting the below error. Kindly help.

    Hi,

     

    please have a look into Altiris Log Viewer while trying to import drivers. Altiris Log Viewer is found here: Start Menu > Programs > Symantec > Diagnostics > Altiris Log Viewer

    What is the exact version your are using?

    looks like it doesn't like something it found in your driver folder(s)  Try one driver at a time, be sure there's only the INF/Sys/dll files (no cab, zip, exe's) and see if it makes a difference.

     

    And check the logs.
