error while encrypting folder "folder initialization failed oxffffd13c:[folder_path] insufficient privileges (-11972)"

Hello All,

 

I have PGP desktop 10.2.1 and PGPuniversal server 3.2.1.

when i try to encrypt folder from PGP desktop i got the following error:

"folder initialization failed oxffffd13c:[folder_path] insufficient privileges (-11972)"

please help

are you trying to encrypt the location where your keyrings is stored?

the keyrings is stored in my machine and i am trying to encrypt a folder in a file server
