Error while installing Remote agent

This issue has been solved. See solution.

Master server (A) is a Windows 2003 server, and the Remote agent(B) is Windows 2008 server.

So, Is it possible to we run the backup for the server B from A server. 

Please find the attachment for more information.

 

I tried to run from the Tools--> Install remote agent. I found the error and attached.

Hello

To backup server B you need to install remote agent on B so that it can publish

information to A. Try manual installation of remote agent.

I have tried that also, but the in the server B services is are getting created.

Windows 2008 and the master server is Windows 2003 server

I guess you are using BE11d, its not compatible with Win 2008.

Yes I am using Backup Exec 11d only. Then how can I get confirmation about this issue
