    Hi,

I am trying to restore a the previous database of my SEPM 12.1 setup, but while running the restore wizard it is saying that "one or more server is still connected to that database and to stop the SEPM server and Web server services"

Even when I stopped those services I am still getting the same error (check screenshot), I have even restarted the system.

Let me know what am I missing.

    Thanks

i think i got to know why you receiving the message, i believe you do not have the backup file , can you check if it is present under

"Program Files\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager\data\backup". If there is no backup file you will see that message.

Check for semsrv.exe are running if so end the processes and go with Resttore wizard

Run the Restore wizard as administrator
