  • 1.  Error while sending message

    Hi,

     I have created a key and sent to the recepient and the other person did the same thing.

    Basically, we accepted each other's keys.

    When I try to send an email it's giving the following error.

     

     

    attachments were not encrypted. <my key> was not found in the secure PGP Keyring

     

    Does anybody know how to solve this problem?

    Please suggest.

    Are you using PGP Desktop?  It may help to indicate what version of what operating system you are using, as well as what PGP version.

    Does the error message actually state "secure PGP keyring?"  I can't find any reference to this.  PGP normally refers to its keyrings as Public and Private.
