error while start semsrv service

This issue has been solved. See solution.
Hi,
I have upgrade the 11.0.70 version in the test enviornment but after installation service not getting started..
Error
Event ID 4096, 4097, 4098
4096 - Could not load the Java Virtual Machine.
4097- The LoadLibrary function failed for the following reason: The specified module could not be found.
4098 - The semsrv service failed to start.
Version 11.0.6005 to 11.0.7
Pls help to resolve

Hi- I have one confusion when I download the patch from file connect there two patch avail, 11.0.7(MP1) and 11.0.7000version. I runned the 11.0.7000version. there the same error occur. Is it possible that this error will come because of new version installation??

your SEPM stil shows
scm.server.version = 11.0.6005.562
so it is not yet upgraded, run the upgrade,bat and then try upgrading.

You can use process monitor to find the cause of the issue,
Start the process monitor and then try to start the service. If it fails, then look the Proc Mon logs filterring the name of the service, You would get the clue as what is the casue.

Hi - I have tried to install in one more system. Testing going sucess. Only one time after completion "Administrator not found" error came but now it's working. I have only single query that how many time it will take to create the connection b/w all clients.??

it is based on the heartbeat set . once heartbeat is triggered the client will start communicating with SEPM assuming is no communication issues.
