Error while streaming an application

hello all,

I have installed an new AppStreaming server in my coustmer end side I was success full in uploading all the three packages as well, I have give access to that application to two people as well.But both are facing the same error of unbable to Authenticate.
I have tried all short of thing please suggest some thing .
I have installed Postgre as the database.

First thing to check

After installing AppStream, you have to make sure the LDAP component is configured well.
Then set rights in the AppStream console to all users, and try it again.
