Hi There,

I have been tried to configure email notification, but no matter what I place in the server email field I get error "A single valid email address is required to identify the sender of the notification".

Which format I must set to this works ?

I dont have Exchange or any email server in house, so I have used a ISP service (smtp.shoopingabc.com.br) it´s working fine, but not on BackupExec notification.

BE's mail notification won't work with an external mail address. You can try a relay, but I haven't seen anything in the forums stating how this works, or how to set it up.

EDIT: If it hasn't been added in, head on to the Ideas section and add this in as a feature request. It may/may not be added in a future version of BE depending on the support for it.
