Hello,

I got EV Server with SQL DB. Yesterday I increased the DB Size and EV Server act horrible, I got an error on it.

 

 

 

 

Failed to connect to Vault Store Database for Vault Store "Provider=SQLOLEDB;Server=sql01;Database=EVVSHighVS_2;Trusted_Connection=yes"

Error: IDispatch error #12874

[Internal reference VSDBRA3]

 

Storage File Watch Server (1) - Restarting failed process

PID: 3584

Exit Code: 0

The process has failed abnormally and will be restarted automatically

 

The connection 'Provider=SQLOLEDB;Server=sql01;Database=EVVSHighVS_2;Trusted_Connection=yes' was lost and the system is waiting to reconnect (Thread Id: 5996)

 

Any help?

Why did you increase the DB Size? 

Can you connect to EVVSHighVS_2 on sql01 using ODBC? Have you restarted your EV services?

is it just that one error? are you still getting any errors? EV is pretty good about reconnecting after a failure so if your actions interrupted sql temporarily, it should reconnect.
