Errors found in logs

My backup are running fine w/o any errors when I check activity monitor, but when I check the logs I found this error:
backup of client xxxxxxxxxxx is suspended: exceeded configured number of tries for a schedule
These errors appear on all my policies, I have around 25 policies.
Another erros that I find very often is:
Bad image header: policy name, error: events out of sequence - image inconsistency......
