This question came up today, "can the esm policy runs meet the following requirements:"

1. Detect changes to programs that are kept inside Oracle databases (e.g. Oracle Forms and stored procedures)
2. Detect changes to program that are kept in archive files (like the EAR file in a JBOSS application)
