Anyone know what driver I would use so my VM boots into WinPE. I tried Intel E1000 drivers but not having any luck.

Joe, use vmxnet drivers.

Articles included because they show how to get the vmxvnet driver -- not necessarily because it's the most current or even Altiris-related method of importing drivers.
Does this help?

Hi, thanks for the help. I tried the vmxnet dirvers in ESX 5 and it doesn't work. The links you posted generally refer to VMware. The one that refers to ESX must be an older version as I dont have the drivers mentioned on the tools ISO.
Thanks
Joe.
If you need vmxnet3 (ESX 5), try:
C:\Program Files\Common Files\VMware\Drivers on a host that uses the vmxnet adapter and has VMware Tools installed. You should see the .sys, .cat, .inf, and .dll files for vmxnet3 in this directory that you can use.
