ev 10 indexing delay

hi,
i installed new ev 10 environment.i also applied cumulative index fix.
when i archive new items i can see the archives reporting of this user is correct number.
but when i check the index tab items is missing(i couldnt find items in search vault and archive explorer)
but they are archived and reachable.
what is your idea?

When we archive we do two
When we archive we do two things:
1. We create the item inthe vault store
2. We create a html version of the file which is added to the users index.
These two actions are not reliant on each other so whilst you may be able to see the shortcut in outlook the item may not have been indexed yet.
Check the JournalArchive table for that Vault Store and serach on IndexComitted.

are you sure your indexes arent in read only mode?
working on RW mode
there is no journaling just mbx archivinf.
after restart services items on index side increased and all of the items cames to search vault screen.
there is no any error on event logs...
The JA table is for all
The JA table is for all archived items irrepective of whether is mbx, journal or FSA etc.
