Hello,

I am running EV 10.0.0.1316 with Exchange 14.02. I see the following error in the event log on the CAS servers.

System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

   at Symantec.EnterpriseVault.Owa.ResponseFilters.Premium.Folder.ProcessSP1()

   at Symantec.EnterpriseVault.Owa.ResponseFilters.ResponseFilterBase.Close()

I found this http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=TECH176975 which sounds like my issue until I look closer and notice that it is talking about indexing errors. I also fund this https://www-secure.symantec.com/connect/forums/ev-902-enterprise-vault-owa-extensions-event-id-0-unhandled-exception in the forum again sounding like my issue but referring to an older version of EV. However, I don’t quite see the relationship in the solution.

Any help in the right direction is greatly appreciated.
