EV 10.0.1 FSA Run now in shortcut creation mode

Hi,
We have an issue with some file servers where initial backlog archive run is not complete yet, but we want to create shortcuts for whatever is archived so far.
When we run "Run Now" in shortcut creation mode all file server was creating shortcuts until recently some file servers shortcuts are not created any more.
Checking the log file it is 0kb and all day the task says "Processing" but the log file stays at 0kb and no shortcuts has been created.
Any idea?

Is the vault store set to remove safety copies after backup ?
In this case unless the backup is taken the shortcut for the item would not get created .

We are using centera
We are using centera replication, all files replicates almost immediately and no pending replication.
SELECT COUNT(*) FROM JournalArchive WHERE BackupComplete = '0' returns '0' pending items.
So I know for sure the items not waiting for backup.
you could try run
you could try run FSARunNow.exe with the 'ShortcutsOnly' flag from the command line.. Could you let us know if you see any error in the dtrace ?
