At my test lab i am testing search operations.

For example in an archivied mail item ( in mail body) there is a word "guide". I want to search and find emails that contain "guide" word. In search box (ev admin console or browser ) i write "gui" . When i click find, no item found. If i write "guide" i can find emails that contain the "guide" word. Is it normal ?

I think i can find emails searching some part of words. Instead of "guide" , "gui" should work ?
