EV 2007 SP3 - all users have access to other users vaults

Hi,
We have a client with EV 2007 SP3 deployed, it would appear that all the users have access to each others vaults. These permissions do not exist in exchange.
Is there any way to pull the permissions from the vaults and then resync with the mailbox permissions on exchange?

Do they have access or can they just see the other person's vault? Check your mailbox policies out. Advanced tab and Archiving General section. Make sure Inherited Permissions is set to off and then resync.
Hi,
"Inherited Permissions" and "Include default and anonymous" are not enabled. Although that does not mean that they never were.
Any ideas if I can strip the permissions from all the vaults and resync.

Go to the archive task and select "Folder Hierarchy and Permissions" then sync.
