Do you have any issues retrieving items through OWA?

 

Ensure that the OWAUser account on the EV Server is not a member of the local Admins group and that you have correctly run the owauser.wsf script.

the owauser is evanon and it's domain user have ran owauserscript with no problem.

Unable to archive and retrive as well.when tring to archve or retrive i see the message icon turns to pending state and then turn back to show ordinary message icon same happens with retrive.

Do you see anything in the preview pane when you click on an archived item?

 

check the EVBACKEND.ini file on the Exchange backend server in the Enterprise Vault\OWA directory.

The EVBACKEND.ini file looks like the following:

If the host entry has a value (exch1.1.host=), then remove the entry after the =
By removing the entry for 'Host', OWA will connect directly to the Backend Server

Do not see anything in preview pane,when tring to open an archived mail got "the remote server returned an error:(500)Internal server error" and "GetOnlineAttachmentFileSize 0x80070490"

Got only Backend Server

Checked EVBackend.ini looks exactly as one you send (ip different)
