I have contacted the developer of this tool as I read an internal mail which informed us that the EV Runbook has been renamed to Enterprise Vault Configuration Reporter 3.0 and it is currently in a BETA stage.

I have asked whether the tool can be passed to the outside world so will get back to you.

What is this tool used for?

It reads out your EV Policies and "exports" it as a Word file.

I have uploaded the tool to the dowloads section of connect as suggested.

I can't find EVCR 3 in the download section.
