EV 8.02 upgrading to EV8.03 failure with rpc server unavailable

Hi

Need advise for the below mentioned upgrading.
Basically , im performing an inplace upgrade from ev8.02 to ev8.03 and following the upgrading steps.

But still failed with all the ev services status with error. When i tried to manual start the services it prompt RPC server is unavailable.

open SQL and go to the

open SQL and go to the ComputerEntry table, make sure all the ComputerName and ComputerNameAlternates are pingable from the server you are running the upgrade from
usually its a DNS issue or a firewall/routing issue

event id 4190 on Task Controller service and storage server

Im able to ping the alias and actual name.
But i do have the win event id error on both ev services.

An error occurred in the thread control of the Enterprise Vault .NET server processes

Error: <0x80131040>

create a support case if i were you, you're probably going to have to reinstall EV binaries as it sounds like somethings up with ome old compiled versions of the NET binaries EV uses
