EV 9.0 Upgrade to 10.0

This issue has been solved. See solution.
We are currently runnning EV 9.0 (unpatched) and wanting to upgrade/migrate to 10.0. I am looking for links good information on making that upgrade.

First and easiest link is the Enterprise Vault Settings Migration Wizard:

Also have a look on the EV 10 media .. that has guides on there which cover straight upgrades.
Does your current EV server run on Windows 2008 R2 x64?

No, the current version 9.0 is running on Windows Server 2003.
In that case, as JW3 has said, look at the Server Settings Migration Wizard. It works like a treat.
