Howcan I get rid this situation?

Can you post the logs, bpbkar and bpfis from the client?

Hi

Can' t find bpbkar.log bpfis.log on the client machine.

I changed the global logging level for the client machine.

enough in this?

You will have to create the folders "manually" within <install_dir>\NetBackup\logs & re-run the jobs
