EV Clients Keep Losing connection to the EV server

For some reason whenever a client reboots his EV server the clients loose connection to the server. I have to go in and set the EV Service Account password under site properties and reboot the EV server again to get everything working. What I don't understand is why it keeps happening.

Do you have any GPO restrictions in place for Vault Serivce Account?

Can you give us some more details...

- What version of EV, and service pack on the server?

- What do you mean by the 'clients loose connection to the server' ?

They are running EV 10.0.4.1189, clients continouly get a login prompt when trying to access archived items. As far as I know there are no GPO restrictions on the account but I can't be certain because I do not manage the GPO's.
