Have you seen this technote:

If the above does not apply, please specify your EV version and outlook version on the EV server.
If this response answers your concern, please mark it as a "solution"

What I'm trying to do is to import the PST into the EV server not the other way around.

I understand, that's why the outlook version on the EV server is important.
You can open the PST without problems in Outlook ?
Is it only this PST causing problems or all PST files ?

Dushan,
when you get errors such as this, best to dtrace the PST import (Migration Issues)
http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=TECH38122
It will provide a lot more info for what is happening.
Could dtrace the problem and attach the dtrace file?
The technote that ZeRoC00L attached is more likely to be the cause of your issue but without the dtrace won't be able to confirm.
I agree with all of the above .. see if you can successfully open the PST using Outlook on the EV server. Any group policies knocking around which FORCE ANSI for new PST files?
Many Thanks,
Rob

PS I hope that the post proves helpful.
I've seen that error a LOT while doing PST migrations. You can try to split the PST file and then import it.
Basically EV complains about size of PST file randomly in DTRace and hence fails migration within couple seconds, split & import works fine in those cases
Thank You
AKL
I've seen that also on Exports as well, because EV now allows you to over the 1.5GB limit it had before, it would allow to go up to 20GB but then when it hit 20GB it just never rolled over and spewed errors.
But the error you're getting saying mapi store full may indicate something like PSTDisableGrow is set on the EV Server?
