Hold down "CTRL+SHIFT" and

Hold down "CTRL+SHIFT" and click on the "Search" button, you will see a screen that will allow you to enable logging.

Close Outlook and re-open and try the synch.  Open the diagnostic screen again and you will be able to view the log.

You can also get to it via the File -> Enterprise Vault menu option.

Add it as an attachment on here.

Can the user get to archive

Can the user get to archive explorer and see the archive?

Current status?

Can you please update this thread or note it with who resolved it for you (assuming resolution. The last posting asked you to check to see if you could access the archive via another means.

If you are still having an issue with this... can you please let us know the details (and perhaps an updated client log) so that we can further assist you?

Flagging resolved postings as "solved" helps to prevent those who are helping from reviewing and commenting on postings that no longer need assistance. Thanks in advanced for any updates you may provide.
