EV10.0.1 FSA Archiving is marked as a Root Folder - is NOT marked as a Root Folder

Hi,
 
We are trying to archive a File server volume with large number of folders and files.
 
Archiving is running on 24x7 schedule, however since last few weeks FSA report file is 0kb and nothin in there.
 
DTrace of EvFsaArchivingTask just shoing the following entries ..... for all folders .....subfolders ....
 
 
43   10:04:44.292 [6,652] (EvFsaArchivingTask) <1260> EV-L {Folder.IsMarkedAsRootFolder} Checking if folder: \\?\UNC\server1.domain.local\F$\archive\Level 17 is  marked as a Root Folder
44   10:04:44.339 [6,652] (EvFsaArchivingTask) <1260> EV-L {Folder.IsMarkedAsRootFolder} The folder: \\?\UNC\server1.domain.local\F$\archive\Level 17 is NOT marked as a Root Folder
45   10:04:44.355 [6,652] (EvFsaArchivingTask) <1260> EV-L {Folder.IsMarkedAsRootFolder} Checking if folder: \\?\UNC\server1.domain.local\F$\archive\Level 5 is  marked as a Root Folder

What is happening at this stage? When FSA will start archiving?

Hmmm called Symantec Support, they have deleted the archive point and created and created again, didn't work. Then they removed the Target file server completely and created the archive folder again and it started working again.
