EV2007 Outlook Add-ins problem after upgrade

Hi all,
I have just upgraded from EV7 for exchange to EV2007 on Exchange 2003. All works fine except Outlook add-ins. I have removed the old client and deployed the new one via AD publishing. I have also tried to install it with modification package provided for the upgrade but with same results. I cannot see any EV icon on the client. The policy is configured to show all buttons.
Could you help me?

Hi Andrea,
Have you just tried installing the msi locally to test, also what version of outlook are you using.

Hi Philip,
I've also tried to install the msi locally. I'm using Outlook 2003.
I've just done more tests. Now it is working, but before installing the msi package I've had to clean all reference to EV in windows registry.
Now I have to reinstall old client and retry the upgrade process.
Could you tell me what is the correct procedure to upgrade client add-ins from 7.0 to 7.5?

Andrea,
Look for the document called UpgradeInstructions_EN.htm in the Symantec_Enterprise_Vault_2007_Win_Multilingual_cd1\Enterprise Vault 2007 directory.
 
It has a section called Upgrading Enterprise Vault 7.0 User Extensions to 2007 Outlook Add-Ins that should give you what you are looking for.
