Hi guys, I'm hoping someone can shed some light on an issue I'm having. We're piloting EV currently and everything has been going great until today's PST headaches.

Currently, I have configured a holding folder on another file server for the PST chunks. The EV server also has a local PST temp folder, per the configuration guide, and everything appears to be fine between them. When I enable users for the client-driven migration I do see computers and PST files listed in VAC. However, none of them are making any progress what-so-ever. Each user (two of us) has one PST stuck on "Migrating" that doesn't change. The holding folder has an ~8mb file for the pst, and the temp folder on the EV server has nothing.

Note that status of 257. I can't find anything as to what that means.

On the EVClient side...

That repeats over, and over, and over (once per minute).

Any thoughts on where to go with this from here? I'm utterly stumped. I took one users' advice and removed the chunk from the holding folder and restarted the Archive task to no avail. I've stopped it, started it, Run Now'ed it, and cursed at it...No change what so ever.

The only odd thing I can see is that in my IIS logs is that the EVClient appears to connect 2-3 times for HasChunkMigrated.aspx ... the first time or two result in a 401 as there is no user passed to IIS for authentication. I've reviewed my IIS config 100x over from the install guide and all looks well. This machine was a brand new 2003 R2 installation and has no other software outside of Outlook 2003 and EV8 installed.
