Does anyone know where I can download the EV8 Sizing Estimator? I've looked all over PartnetNet and IQ and I can't find it :/

Quick Look Solution

Hi Scott, You will need to

Hi Scott,

You will need to ping your Symantec parter rep for the latest copy.  I don't think that is something that is published on any site.

The basic info about sizing

The basic info about sizing is in the EV9 Installing and Configuring Guide.  However, to use the guidelines you need to know a lot of info about the Exchange datastore.  In the past I have used the EV7 Exchange store sizing tool to get that info, and then use that with a manual spreadsheet.

Tony is right though, get your local Symantec rep to help.  They should have access to sizing calulators they have used before.  And yes, EV8 and EV9 use the same sizing rules.
