My understanding with BE12, you should be able to install and test any option for the 60 day period.  New in BE12 is the ability to turn on option on/off during an eval period.   Example, you purchase BE12 and just deploy an Exchange Agent.  Later you want to test the SQL agent.  You can go and check the SQL Agent, and its 60 day timer starts to tick.  Shut it off and the timer stops.
