This is regarding the PGP Gateway email. Emails are being sent out from one domain to another domain and able to receive as well. and even though Gateway is configured, rules are not being applied to emails which are going through PGP UN. is there any way to debug this?

    Thanks!

You can turn on debug mode for PGPUN, here's the article:

    http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=TECH149337

You want to turn on debug for pgpproxyd, and maybe global.

But remember to turn it off when you're finished or you will run out of space VERY quickly, it out puts a LOT of text.  You will be able to tell whats debug on the log page, beside each line itll have a small bug icon.

Have fun trawling through the logs!

Before enabling debug mode for pgpproxyyd check that you've turned off Learn Mode at first.

    http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH149922

Then check Mail log on the page Reporting | Logs - how your email messages proccesses by PGP Gateway Email.

More than likely it is not correctly enabled.  There will definitely be a LOT more information in the reporting if debug mode is on.  The only way it would not log anything is if pgpproxyd is not being utilised/used

You need to have the "Display" dropdown set to verbose or it will not display the debug logs.

PLUS you will want to restart the services via System tab

Thanks weevil for the response. Even though i verified the logs the way how you mentioned, there was no sufficient info which helped me to resolve the issue.

So i decided to play around the various other settings and then when i just changed the IP address with first dc domain name under Manager Domains, it started working fine. So what i am guessing is that, the issue would bewither with the DNS configuration of first dc or with the PGP UN itself (as PGP Gateway may not really work if domain name is NOT mentioned under Managed Domain section in Consumer Policy). Not sure about the exact reason, but the issue is resolved in my case :)

It was probably the restarting of the services caused by changing the IP address that caused the issue to resolve.
