  • 1.  Event id 1053 after update to12.1

    Hi after i update enpoint protection to version 12.1, some not all xp clients having problem by login.

    Event id 1053 RPC Server is not reachabel

    Please help

    What features are installed on these clients? Are you running the same Firewall policy on all the systems?

    Are all XP clients running the same service pack? Are there any other errors reported in the Windows Event Viewer?

    Hi, thanks for you reply

     

    On the xp clients is nothing special intsall, office 2007, adobe reader, java, etc.

     

    All clients have the same Firmeware policy!

     

    Another error from Symantec antivirus:

    Symantec Manipulationsprotect warning

    Event id 45 jre6\bin\jqs.exe

    The Problem event id 45 is fix with the expection, but I still have the error 1053 Userenv!

     

    I remove endpoint protection and reinstall it .... no change!!!

     

    Any solution

    Sorry for the delay in responding, I did not see the notification till now. Unfortunately I do not have another solution, at this point, I suggest you open a case with Symantec Support. Please update the thread with the solution, so that in the future, others with this problem will be helped.
