Endpoint Protection

    After installing Trail Version of SEP Client Version 12.1.1000.157 on my SERVER 2003, I get Event ID: 22 message that says "SEP Auto Protect failed to load. Application has encountered an error."  Can anyone help?

    try reinstalling after complete clean up of the earlier instance.

    Hello,

    When you find a warning in the Event Log that states that Auto-Protect did not load. Event ID 22: "Symantec AntiVirus Auto-Protect failed to load", there are multiple causes for this error, but most commonly there could be a problem with the virus definitions failing to load.

    Uninstalling and reinstalling will often resolve the virus definition issue.

    Hello,

    Since you are carrying SEP 12.1, Uninstalling and reinstalling will often resolve the virus definition issue.
