    Hello.

    Our server became hang two times today and I'm trying to find cause this situation.

    I analyzed the event logs, I saw a lot of logs that have 7011 event ID.

    Description: "Timeout (30000 milliseconds) waiting for a transaction response from the SepMasterService service."

    System started generating this log 5 days ago.

    I'm not sure that this problem caused hang but I want to solve it

    SEP version is 12.1.671.4971.

    Any suggestions?

    You should considering upgrading to the latest RU1 MP1.

    The version you're on is the initial release of 12.1
